09:30 AM to 05:30 PM
The Rendezvous, Taj Mahal Palace, Apollo Bunder, Mumbai

In a dynamic and competitive environment that banks are currently facing, there are major questions as to how banks should define their strategies, build new business models suited to their targeted customer segments, create differentiation in the marketplace, and leverage their strengths. In particular, how should the CEO and the senior executives of the bank manage all of the risks associated with their strategies? This program will share practical tools and models that can help guide this process. Through extensive use of case studies and group exercises, it will prompt participants to consider their own particular business situations strategically and apply learnings to their strategy development.
