The objective of this roundtable is to discuss key aspects of the recommendations made by the Committee on Capacity Building in Banks and to formulate strategies for streamlining and implementing those recommendations.
The roundtable will also address the issues and challenges involved in implementing an appropriate certification and accreditation process. This aims to strengthen the current training framework, ensure the development of relevant skill sets, and make the system more competitive by integrating state-of-the-art technology.
