Objective of the Program 

This is CAFRAL’s first Virtual Learning Program (VLP) for the Non-Executive Chairpersons & Directors (NEC&D) of the Banks and Financial Institutions. This VLP will deal with some of the core and strategic issues before the boards. The program has two building blocks. The first block will set the backdrop through a quick review of financial sector developments and the emerging business and regulatory environment. The second block would deal with some of the core issues of governance, risk and compliance which Board should focus on. The participants will be provided with prearranged virtual spaces where they can meet and interact with fellow directors to share their experiences or network.
