Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) have been transformative technologies for the banking sector all over the world as well as in India, revolutionizing various aspects of operations, customer service, risk management and fraud detection. Use of AI / ML tools are growing significantly in customer engagement, credit scoring and risk assessment, fraud detection, anti-money laundering and cyber security. It also has implications for banks in reducing their operational cost and utilization of human resources. Needless to say, AI and ML technologies would continue evolve and play a vital role in the financial sector’s growth and innovation. This would also require addressing regulatory concerns, data protection issues, ethics and governance, while continuing to enhance technological competencies.
The virtual program aims at providing a conceptual understanding of AI / ML to senior and top executives of banks & financial institutions.
