Description

The program objective is to enhance the competency in policy formulation and technical skill levels of senior executives of Indian commercial banks, financial institutions, and the Reserve Bank of India. Topics will include risk management, use of innovation and technology in banks, emerging trends in banking and financial management, global challenges facing bank leaders, stress testing, cyber security, and more.

The program will provide participants with an opportunity to learn best practices in the USA related to bank management. It will also include visits and interactions with executives from institutions such as the Federal Reserve (FED), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), World Bank, Brookings Institution, and others—offering Indian bankers valuable international exposure.

Participants will gain insights into and be able to compare the risk management systems and banking regulations in India and the United States of America.
