Position is in Mumbai. Working is largely office based. However, delivery of Learning events can be offsite in Mumbai (usually) or other cities (rarely). Meeting deadlines will be critical; this may entail working beyond office hours occasionally.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Senior Program Directors in marketing and delivery of CAFRAL’s Learning initiatives
• Manage the CAFRAL’s learning events (programs, conferences, workshops, etc.) starting from planning, budgeting and marketing to delivery and evaluation
• Build and manage professional relationship with CAFRAL’s client and Partner institutions, resource persons and other stakeholders
• Build and manage information on resource persons and themes for CAFRAL’s Learning events

Graduates degree with consistently good academic track record or Graduate diploma in banking or financial services with high grades.

CTC of up to Rs. 9.60 lakh per annum will be offered.

Initial contract will be for 3 years
