CAFRAL invites applications for the position of IT Support Officer (ISO). The ISO will have following responsibilities:

Install and maintain desktops / laptops / Network printers / Network scanners/ servers / iPad / tablets / mobile phones /VC endpoints etc.
Install and upgrade both systems and application software as required, adhering to all licensing regulations
Administrate, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve IT issues.
Take preventive measures of IT equipments
Take data backup regularly
Test and evaluate new technologies and applications
Support roll-out of new technologies and applications
Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software (including licences) as well as all related documents
Coordinate with the vendors / suppliers for purchase and maintenance of IT and electronic equipments/gadgets
Manage and administer Exchange ON O365
Disaster recovery implementation.
Provide support for designing and enforcing IT policies and maintain technical documentation as per ISO27001
Any additional duties as assigned from time to time.

Graduation in IT or Computer Science
Certification in Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE) will be an added advantage.

Rs. 6.00 lakh p.a.

Three – Year Contract (extendable on the basis of annual review)
